E-MAIL NES WORLD
JULY 2001
|
I got my own Dr. Boy unit today, therefore a small update of the page. In case someone was hooked when I mentioned
Tekken and Aladdin, I know I was when I read it. Well the games aren't there, so you have been warned. Still it's a
very hilarious unit and will definately bring an hour or two of fun, just by looking at it. :)
Finally something new you might say? Yep yep, check out some nice scans of the Dr. Boy clone right here,
oh and you might be able to find one of these babies on ebay going around $25.
It has been way too quiet around NES WORLD lately, something that I hope will change for the better soon, or this place will
end up pretty dead. I have been putting a lot of hours into real life lately, but also been around, on a totally differen't
site however, 64scener to be exact. As you can see the site, again, got a bit of a face lift. I had originally planed to
convert the entire site to white as I believe it's much more eye friendly, but it would cost too many hours, which I
could use on other and more interesting projects.
In a few weeks I'll be packing my suitcase and leaving for Turkey. I was there a few years back, for one day only though, and
managed to get around 15 Famicom pirates and 2 clones with me home. This year I'm going there to relax and maybe, definately,
doing some cartridge hunting again, heh, and yeah I'll be going back to the exact same bazar as back then :)
WHAT'S BEEN ADDED THIS TIME |
Well a lot of people have been requesting those old consumer service prank called, so they're back online here. The
Active Enterprises CES '94 stand layouts are back, as well as a complete rewrite of the page with a bit of tsr's Active special
added, hope he doesn't mind, click here to check it out. I have added the UK 1992 Nintendo Merchandise
catalogue aswell, check it out here.
