WORLDS FIRST EMULATOR FOR YOUR PC!
Oh man I am still kicking myself for not having bought this one back in the days. Anyway, back in 2003 a Dutch ebay sell by the name of markinez sold this device which sold for just US$32.24.

The device probably can't be described as a Famicom emulator, but it's none the less for use with a PC, though you'd have to have a old ISA port to make it work. It looks like the ISA board is a complete Famicom clone and even comes with on-board speaker, wireless joypad and a weird cartridge slot device which is the same size as a CD-ROM drive or an old 5 1/4 disk drive.

How exactly this thing works is unknown though, the seller didn't mention anything about PC software being included in the box.
