Oh man I am still kicking myself for not having bought this one back in the days. Anyway, back in 2003 a Dutch ebay sell by the name of markinez sold this device
which sold for just US$32.24.
The device probably can't be described as a Famicom emulator, but it's none the less for use with a PC, though you'd have to have a old ISA port to make it work.
It looks like the ISA board is a complete Famicom clone and even comes with on-board speaker, wireless joypad and a weird cartridge slot device which is the same size
as a CD-ROM drive or an old 5 1/4 disk drive.
How exactly this thing works is unknown though, the seller didn't mention anything about PC software being included in the box.
