ASAHI SUPER ACTION SET
A DEVICE ALSO KNOWN AS SUPER JUMBO
Welcome to yet another peak at a device Nintendo doesn't want you to know about, the Nintendo clone by Asahi known as the Super Computer Entertainment System, though the part number being "SN-2000 Super Jumbo". Super Jumbo it definately is, it's probably one of the biggest yet most lightweight Famicom clone I've ever seen.

The design for the Super Jumbo is clearly stolen from the Japanese/European Super Nintendo Entertainment System design invented by Nintendo, heck the clone even has a SNES wannabe logo in the same spot as the SNES. The joypads included are clearly also made with reference to the original SNES joypad, these have also been included with several other Famicom clones. Included is also a light gun, Lethal Weapon 6 shooter which seems to be the most common for Famicom clones.

As already mentioned this clone is a 60pin version, meaning it accepts Famicom cartridges only. This Super Jumbo has a 33 in 1 multicartridge built-in, sitting underneath the clones "motherboard" which isn't much larger than the multicart PCB itself really.

The cool part about the built-in multicart is that it actually IS 33 games, the highlight being: Street Fighter 12P, Super Contra 6 (Contra Force) and Mortal Kombat 3 eventhough these are some of the most common "hong kong" originals around (Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat that is).

The cart also includes: NBA 97 (Tecmo Basketball), Soccer, Super Mario Bros, Tetris (Tengen), F1 Race, Starforce, Duck Hunt, Wild Gunman, Lode Runner, Popeye, Tank, Galaxian, KungFu, Excitebike, Road Fighter, Bomberman, Pinball, Donkey Kong 3, Super Arabian, Binary Land, City Connection, Circus Charlie, Hogans Alley, Tecmo Wrestling, Lunar Ball, Tennis, Pacman, Dig Dug, Field Combat and Baseball.

The Super Jumbo is a very cool looking clone, like nothing I've seen before - though it has the same cheap feel to it like any other clone really :-)
