Andretti Racing was released by EA Sports back in 1996 for the PSX and PC, but no information has been found regarding this title which lead me to think that this was a misprint by a magazine at some point.

In 1998 Nintendojo wrote:

Andretti, one of the most likely games that EA Sports will bring to the system in 1998 is being guarded closely, and probably wont be unveiled to E3

As NASCAR '99 was released for the Nintendo64 late 1998 and the fact that the game used the Andretti Racing engine and that it was EA's first game to receive media coverage, "Andretti Racing" could've been a working title for what actually is NASCAR '99
